Carnival casino greedy, Mark being the worst customer service rep there

- Hello everyone I am posting this because I need to tell everyone about Mark at Carnival Casino. He is such a horrible rep and I would really not want anyone to have to deal with this type of abuse. He is the greediest and rudest rep I have ever spoke with. If anyone else has had similar experiance please write it on this post. Or if you have similar experience please post it here. We must work together to shut down these casinos that are greedy and not taking care of good clients. Thank you I feel so tired of getting Ripped off I feel like screaming, I sometime wonder why I do this why I let these places just vacum up all my money but one day I know soon I will have too make a stand and stop this abusive casino behavior. But without your help I cant so please puill together with me and lets stop the greedy and selfish from winning its time us customers start winning any way we can. In order to be rich you must thjink you already are and let your sub-concious guide you there.

- Ronb2nd, can you elaborate on what happened? Did you play a signup bonus and have trouble being paid? Would like to know more as I was thinking about playing at Carnival.

- I signed up there when they first started and didn't have any big problems. If you do decide to play there, and you are going to email your faxback info (ID, etc), be sure you use something other than yahoo, etc to do it or the email won't get thru. There is something there that filters out emails from these domains that have attachments on them. Use either your ISPs email service or something like myway.com (free email) to send it. - I have promoted Carnival and Club Dice for about 3 months and have only had 1 complaint out of over 20 players. The complaint I did recieve was resolved relatively quickly. All other players report being paid in 2-3 days after sending ID before their first cashin. All in all they are pretty good in my books, especially for a playtech. Cheers

I'll need you to elaborate on what exactly what went wrong. Like what "thesmacker" said, not many complaints about this casino. Why was Mark so greedy??? How was he abusinve? Venting is not the issue the issue is people play becasue they want to have fun and at least play for a while. I have deposited at least 500.00 in each casino Club Dice and Carnival. Both of them the machines are very tight and I call them No Fun Vacum Sucking Rip off Casino's. Thats whats they are, First of all they will give you a bonus for free when they know the machines are not going to win, But when the machines are winning they will not give you a bonus, and I have proof. I was talking with a rep at club dice asked for a free 10.00 bonus after I deposited 150.00 the day before and lost in the matter of 15 min. I just asked becasue I have got compensation for some of my losses in the past. They told me sorry I am unauthorized to do this at this time. So a bell went off in my head. Sarted thinking. Ok I went to carnival where I made a deposit of about 150.00 the day before and lost within 15 min again and they told me the same thing, But I started talking to the rep at carnival asking my thoughts and this is what I was told, [IMG]http://[/IMG] Now thats weird dont you think this lady was trying to tell me these casinos are rigged and Every scince then I know they are and I am very sick about it.

- I don't see anything in this that supports your accusation that they are rigged, or that the CSR you were speaking to said anything of the sort. I hope that you don't get her fired for saying on a public board that she told you they were a rigged casino. That's just ridiculous. I personally hit a natural royal for $4000 while playing with bonus money at Club Dice, 12 hours later I hit another one for $1000 and cashed out all $5k with no problems.

- Sounds like sour grapes to me! Way to go JPM! I can't believe this person is actually complaining because they didn't get enough play time for their money. Maybe a video arcade would be a better place for this person. He/She could play pinball all day for a hundred dollars.
