Golden Nugget Casino - Deferred Payment

- Hiya..This is my first post here..and sad to say it has to be a "bitching one". First of all..I like to say "Hello" to all Staff & members at Casinomeister forum. Now to get to Golden Nugget casino(PlayTech), I was a first time depositer there and recieve 200% bonus on a $50 deposit.I lost my deposit and won on meeting the wagering requirements..a mere $125.00.Now they have a rule for 1st time depositor on the withdrawal terms - which is first time depositor is subjected to id verification by their security dept..the whole process for payment to be approved will take 5-10 days. Well..like any normal person..I send in various document they asks for to meet their requests..after alot of hassle..emails & phonecalls..I managed to get my withdrawal approved..hooray..I thought!!! Now come the best bit..They send me an email on the 7/04/2004 to say that my withdrawal has been approved and to allow upto 21 days for the check to arrive.Naturally I thought that's good.just need to await my check. Now it's the 27/04/2004..almost 21 days..so I rang their Toll-free number and spoke to "James" their support staff..and he told me that my check will take another 4 weeks to reach me..now I was not informed about another 4 weeks before I get my check..so I asks him why it take's that long?..and he said because the check has to circle between various bank before it arrives thru the post..and all this process amounts to about six weeks..now can anybody tell me wot's wrong with that? I have other accounts with "Swiss" casino ..& "USA" casino, and a withdrawal by bank draft via normal post takes less then 10 days..they pay me!!! Now I put this qustion to "James" and he said not all "PlayTech" casino is alike..now I really wish all "PlayTech" casinos is alike in regard to payouts!!! So..today is the 28th..I am not happy..because I went to their website..and under the "About Us" section it says - "Golden Nugget casino has one of the fastest & most reliable payouts"..now wot do u think about this???? I was looking for their "Withdrawal Rules..which says payout takes six weeks..on their website"..surprise to say I cannot find anything about the duration of payout via bank draft..another no goer..bah!!! Right..decided to phone them again..I spoke to "Charlene" this time..and she says..some people recieve their check in 10 days some recieve it in six weeks depending on where ure at!!I won't go on about this conversation..the result was obvious..I am not getting my check in 21 days even though I have a email that says so!!! Let me know people.wot do u think..am I ever gonna get my check..are they giving me the runaround??? Help!!!!

- The casino is just bull sh*tting you if you ask me! That is just outrageous! 6 weeks???? Even if you live in the north pole, it would take less time than that. Is your money still in your casino account or has it been removed? If it is, they probably want you to play more and lose it.

I don't know what's going on with these people but I used to be able to put together a $1,000.00 win in a couple of hours or a regular basis and without fail I'd have that money in my Neteller account wiithin 48 hours. But I've stopped playing at any of the Playtech casinos and I guess I'm glad I did when I hear this kind of nonsense. The best I can suggest to you is that you get a Neteller account and be done with this check stuff.

- Hiya ..Just to let u all know that I have recieved a check today from Golden Nugget casino - dated 30/04/2004. Annoyance much disicipated now..hehehe!!Though won't be going back there now lol!!!..too much hassle for payout lol!!! Thanks everyone for you response and kind advice Cheers.
