And I deposit $200 (then another $50 later) to play the thunderstrucks and couch potato. I didn't played at there since last Nov (?), so I have no idea of the new "Bonus account" they are having now. I email them and ask for my account number because I just bought a new computer. So I asked the CS about what's this bonus account for. They opened one for me and put $50 in and the putstanding wager requirement is $500 before I can transfer to real account. Well, I just went and played. Lost the $200 and put another $50 and play more. The bonus account "outstanding wager requirement" never even change after the whole weekend. I email them and want to find out what't the deal and was giving "mary-go-around" all the time. Why don't them just tell me: sorry, we don't want to transfer the bonus account to real account for you no matter how much you played.... I even got email from them state how much I played (even more after this email) but they just tell me I have to wager more and more... and DON'T GIVE ME A REASON. - captain cook and casino king copy the same policy from another MG group. The bonus account is nothing but fake money, the casino operators can decide how much they want to transfer the money to your real account. Some says it's based on how long you played, some say it's how much you played. Only god knows what rules they are applying to these fake money. This dirty trick is another way to hold your deposit and they have nothing but fake money to loose. Isn't it clever? When captain cook and casino king had a poll whether or not they should use the "bonus account", I bet none of us would vote for yes yet they use the system anyway. Go figure.

- Bewitch, as far as I can see you wagered in your real account. In order to transfer any bonus you need to wager in your bonus account (and have 50+ credits). The above post about Cap'n Cooks having an 'evil' bonus account system is wrong. Unlike some others, they tell you exactly how much you need to wager (x10 or x20 for BJ/videopoker). Then when you transfer you only need to wager the deposit x10/20 in the real account. So even if things went catastrophically in the bonus account you're still in with a good chance of not losing money. They also have the most generous sign-up bonus of any casino around at the moment. So don't knock them!!

- I think you need to wager 500 (50x10) just in the bonus account (the one with 'b' at the end of your account no.) - then you'll be able to transfer what's left there to your real account, though to be honest the minimum of 50 credits needed to transfer makes it a bit of an uphill struggle (you'll have to beat the odds!). On the sign-up with a much higher bonus it's not a problem.

It looks like if you forget the whole existence of the bonus account and just play with your real money account, then you can have all the fun since you claimed that this is what you want. Why jump up and down and got all excited about that account that you don't care much about and in fact has caused you some grief.
