I only used a bonus once and that was a no deposit free chip at Giant Vegas which is also a RTG casino. I think that may be a feature of all RTG's. If the meter showed that you made the requirements and they are pulling this BS then they have just went on my do not play list. Like I said in another post, dont screw the players. I find their software the best. I think they need to revamp their licensing requirements and screen these companies better. To my previous comment regarding stay away from bonuses I will say that in the case of RTG's stay away from bonuses especially from the ones with hundreds of posts regarding the problems they have with paying. I also agree that they could use a robot or cheating excuse but how often do you hear of that happening with a non bonus claiming player? I would bet that if you made a money deposit with no bonus at one of the real bad ones like Virtual or Windows you would get your money. I had no problem with Virtual. Deposited $1000.00, faxed all documents before even wagering, played and cashed out a $1500.00 win. I had my money in 7 days (which I think any wait period is rediculous, which is why I praise Phoenician) but they did pay with no contact, no having to email or anything. Don't take this as me reccomending Virtual or any bad ones, I say stay away because they do screw players. - Now these clowns are claiming they need faxback documents, despite having received my faxback forms over a year ago. And they are taking on average a week to reply to emails. They suck. - I agree that their software is great. Fast, smooth, fair. But I'm scared to death to try any of them. I have tried two or three of them over a year ago. Getting paid was not a pleasant experience. Look at the example of Intercasino for a "forward looking" casino. They are GREAT! They pay fast, they have great software, great variety of games, and they have a gazillion happy players all the time. They are smart.
