- Hi to all gamblers out there. An advice from me : DO NOT PLAY in Super Vegas Casino. The facts. ---------- 1.) Opened an account in euros. *.) They changed it in $ without informing me. 2.) Deposited 480 euros to get 120 euros welcome bonus. *.) They only gave me 100$ bonus. 3.) As stated in their site the bonus is given immediately. *.) I asked for my bonus more than three times using the live chat feature. They gave it to me three days later after always saying "ok sir, you ll have the bonus in a few hours...." ... 4.) Their live chat feature is the worst cs ever happened. They cannot help you anyway. They only say that they will promote your question problem to their central offices in london. Then central offices never respond back to you. I still have not received a response by them after 10 days and more than 6 live chat sessions. 5.) They exist only because they want your money. They do not offer anything. The whole concept is to deceive in many ways ( delays, false info etc. ) their players. 6.) They were late to give me my bonus. Before giving me the bonus i wagered more than 6000$. When they credited the bonus in my account the bonus was not cleared immediately although the wr is only 1000$. As i said i wagered more than 6000$. The delay crediting me the bonus was their "fault". The live chat told me i had to wr another 1000$. Then i said that i m not a fool but an experienced gambler and have wagered already 6000$ . Live chat changed opinion and said i only have to wager 500$ because i wagered another 500$ the same day ( he started inventing new terms and conditions ..... ). I said that this is not written nowhere in their site and that i want my bonus to be cleared. And then.... Ok, we ll contact the central offices in london. After 10 days i m still waiting.... ( I cleared the other 1000$ wr and withdrew yesterday, I could not wait any longer.... ). Also, i recorded my bj playing session. The software is rigged. It cannot be anything else..... Session 1 : bet 1-5 w:43 l:45 p:11 Session 2 : bet 1-5 w:43 l:47 p:9 Session 3 : bet 1-5 w:44 l:49 p:6 So far so good.. What a fair casino..!! These are the real odds..! Nice! BUT Session 4 : bet 25$ w:34 l:62 p:6 I cannot believe that i was unlucky in my 4th session.... I do not know what you believe but i was not unlucky. Their software is rigged. They do not deserve to own a casino. I asked for my playing logs in order to analyse them and have a slight proof that they are rigged. I do not know if the will ever answer back to me.... I'm not the guy who will say a casino cheaters without a case. I have played in more than 50 online casinos till now and never claimed that a casino cheats. But with Super Vegas Casino i want people to know that something is wrong.... PS: sorry for the long post..... Have fun!!!!

- You should not come in and state that a casino is rigged based on one bad session of play. That is terrible. You could cause some serious damage to their business based on you being pissed off because you lost in one session.

This includes deviations in both directions, so the probability of losing this much or more is about 1.6 or 1 in 60. This is hardly evidence of cheating.

- I cannot comment on their software but their customer service is the worst I've encountered. I signed up as a new player through their link on sportingbet.com to get the new player bonus after calling them to verify T&C. They said "no problem"....just deposit and wager the initial $100 and you'll have the bonus. Several days and several calls later I kept getting the runaround..."the London offices are closed but we'll send them an email to get your bonus" or "please call back at 1am and we'll transfer you to the London office" (which I did but was told that I would not be allowed to speak to them). After several more calls and emails inquiring about the bonus, saying that their customer service reps had assured me I had nothing to worry about....they denied me the measly $50 bonus because they said I didn't join the proper way through sportingbet.com....even though I followed their promo links from that website!!! I withdrew my money immediately and I won't be back. Hope others have had better luck.

Chucho, Having played in boss media casinos ( mainly in gold club ) I know that the wr does not start when you receive your bonus but after your deposit. Also, in super vegas casinos' terms and conditions i cannot find anywhere what they claim, in contrast with other microgaming casinos that state clearly that the wagering requirements start when you a player receives a bonus. Ok, perphaps ( surely...) I was a little pissed off and I was a little bit overwhelming about the rigged software i said.... I take this back in order not to affect any amateur-newbie gamlbers. But everything else exept this stays as said at first. Today after my last ( 7th..? ) email asking my logs and saying the same things angain and again i recieved an answer. They did not send me my logs but the customer support manager said that they had technical communication problems..... Also, to say exactly what happened, they gave me 100$ with 5.5 wr for any inconvinience caused. But i cannot accept this 100$ so simply and say ok you are a very good casino....... I surely will not play there again. You choose if you do... And sorry again for the rigged soft comment.. HAVE FUN!!!

He might be experienced in gambling but he was a complete newbie when it comes to bonuses.

Unless they state explicitly that you have to wager so and so amount before they will give you the bonus, never start playing before the bonus hits your account. Technical communication problems my arse! Lame excuse! They think we are all idiots! To be fair, they did not give me any trouble when I played there.

- I played there for a brief period to check them out. I'll agree with the fact that their CS department does pretty much nothing if you have questions or problems. I know my bonus was added immediately after I deposited so no problems there. I ended up breaking even, but I've never had much luck with boss media. Their cashouts are quick though, I think mine was done within 12 hours or so.
