I had a casino do this to me as well and I contacted Neteller with a formal complaint. They said the casino has no right to this info and they would investigate. A few days later, the cashin was processed without this info. Interesting coincidence!

Casinos take this route usually when they suspect player fraud. Any comment on this orenchik?
