Can't get bonus removed!

- Lol, World Wide Vegas is just not able to remove my bonus it seems. They add it automatically and I don't want it. Live support is unable to remove it (live supports everywhere else seems to be able to and did so for me) and mails go unanswered. It's been almost a week since I deposited and I still can't play without the bonus. I will try again to contact them, maybe file a complaint ticket. This is more hastle than it's worth. If you don't like bonuses, I would avoid playing there. Heck, I want to play there and can't.

I hate auto bonuses, and I feel they are only to trap people in the casino and lock your money into wagering requirements. Bonus are supposed to lure in business of people who would not play unless they get something free from the casino. If I make deposit and do not claim a bonus that means I do not want it, they already have my deposit so there is no need to add a bonus to it unless I ask for it, it is supposed to be optional.

- I tried Winward and I had no problems. I found nothing that seemed rigged to me at all, everything went just as can be expected. The customer service was fine too. They also recently bailed out the players left by Delano. I have no problems with Winward whatsoever. I play at lots of different places just to test them. I guess World Wide Vegas is only good for people who want bonuses - but the lack of response in general also speaks against them. I try not to judge casinos because of the software they use, unless that is proven to be rigged.
