Piggs Peak - resolved - fake complaint

- Piggs Peak is a good name for this casino. I won $2800.00 last June and after waiting 6 weeks for my checks (and that was express delivery which they deducted $70) I finally get them and take them to the bank only to find out they put a stop on them. Here it is 7 months later and I still h ave not been paid. They won't even put the money back in my account so I could play it. They have no problem taking your money but they sure don't want to give you your winnings when on one of the few occasions you actually win. I have contacted an atty and legal proceedings will begin in one week

- Could you give a bit more information? Like, did they give you any reason for cancelling your check?

Are you able to access your account, or is it locked? What exact legal proceedings are to commence in a week? It may be helpful to fill out a PAB and I can have the operators respond to this directly. What you have posted so far doesn't explain much.

I don't think it's a competitor, unless it's a very stupid one. I'm always watching out for these sort of things, and most people know this

- Dobedo = Last Activity: 20th January 2005 09:43 AM = the same time she made this post. She hasn't answered anyone's emails either. This is a typical hit and run tactic used by players (or perhaps competitors) when they attempt to smear casinos. I do not tolerate this since this is a waste of time and electrons. As far as I'm concerned, she has no case and this "problem" never occurred.
