can't get my money from USA casino

- I have sent them my documents, but I don't get any confirmation of that. I've been trying to withdraw $5,000 since Feb 8. Is anyone else having trouble with these fellows?

You start off by saying if he played certain games (including roulette) they can keep it, but then finish off by saying sometimes you've played roulette but yet get paid with no problem.... It would shed some insight as to how the 5k was won though...(which games), and if the WR were met.

It took about a week but there were no need for documents and the money was in my neteller account one week after withdrawal. One thing,however,they dont answer e-mails.
