Please HELP Connectocasino won't pay!

- I will be posting forums from now on ..please if you have any suggestions on how to get paid from connectocasino please let me know.I finally was able to cash out $400.00 from connecttocasino and they stated that I have a second accont wich should have been closed month's ago end of december by my request. so they say I have multiple accounts wich I do not. so it voids all pays ..but inside there casino software module there is no terms and conditions anywhere ....very decptive practice because even on there homepage you have to really look for it it is not a post by itself. you have to scroll completly to the bottom of the message page under FAQ and there it is in tiny print. but I did not have 2 accounts and never on either account did I use a free chip like I was trying to defraud someone.This is a unfair practice and they are crooks and thieves.....any suggestions please help I would like to recieve my winnings from them...seems kinda strange anyway they will accept you money on multiple account's but will only pay on 1..I closed my account and told them that and the guy FRANK and his manager both called me a LIAR do yourself a favor never play here..another guy won 26,000 jackpot on there recently guess how much of that he is getting 0.00 nothing they suggest the same reason for him.....He has never had a second accountit was his first time to ever play there.....DON"T play thereBE afraid Be very afraid of there deceptive trade practice....UPDATE 150 emails without 1 single response....Also If they post a reply to this talking about how I was banned ...I was only banned after I requested a cashout

- Dear Confused, You are stating you did not have more than one account, and then also admitting that you did (several times), all in the same post! Please try to get your facts straight before you start bashing this casino. Not that I have any love for them - after the other horror stories I've read about them on this forum - I would not touch them with a VERY long barge pole!

- I know at my casino and what I have read of most other casinos on line is that the only time we use "the multiple accounts" reason, is not because the player has two accounts, but they used sign up or no deposit bonuses on both accounts.One thing to have opened two accounts, but another when you have opened the new accounts just to redeem the specials. DONE and DONE all complete.well now they screwed me they said I was unelgible for the cashin and they zereoed out my account due to multiple accounts ? but only by there suggestion did I have multiple accounts...strange ? huh? so they give me 2 options option 1 they keep all winnings and give me back my original deposit $20.00 lol and close my account! or I can continue playing at there site and forfit all my winnings.I have sent no less that 150 emails without a single response to any of them.I have spoken with support to try and explain to upper management the situation they are like are like rocks and will not budge a inch ..they are very hateful very rude and have a personal vendetta against me.and will not let me speak with any upper management. can u please help me with this...please! - Did you claim their sign-up bonus twice using a different username. Unless explicit approval was given for you to claim the 2nd sign-up bonus,I doubt whether they should pay you.

I just needed to speak with the right person Mr. John Spears helped me fix my day, and is making my account right. I want to issue a formal apology for the things I said about connectocasino. I want to say they are a upstanding group. When I read some complaints from banned members I got a little ahead of myself in thinking they were not a honorable casino and place to wager.
