Ruby Fortune declined my withdrawal request

- I have requested a withdrawal of amount $167 on 2. May. But on 4. May only $75 has been refunded to my neteller acount and the rest $92 has been returned to my casino account. I wrote email to complain about it. They told me just I haven't met the wagering requirment! But the fact is: I claimed the bonus on 3.May evening. But they have declined my withdrawal, which I requested ONE DAY BEFORE I claimed the bonus. And after I wrote them again even chat with them at live help, they haven't replied me any more or close the live help immediately!

- The word 'reputable' unfortunately is almost meaningless in this industry with very few exceptions. Captain Cooks was 'reputable'. It was even endorsed by casinomeister. However, you can't expect to be able to withdraw a deposit and then claim a risk free bonus from it, which is what I understand you have tried to do.

I take it your original deposit was $75, and that you made $92 profit from it? I would have just taken that & left a happy bunny! But now, by claiming the bonus before your withdrawal cleared, you have tied your profit into a WR. You have no complaint with the casino - it's your own fault. I just wish you the same luck you had before while you're meeting the WR Actually, you should count yourself very lucky if you've got your deposit back and they're letting you meet the WR with just your profit & the bonus. - I take it that kasinoking was correct in his guess about your amount of deposit and winnings. If so,you are trying to take advantage of the casino by claiming a bonus after submitting a withdrawal. You are lucky enough in the sense that you had your deposit returned to your account without that part being subjected to the WRs. Come on,play out the remaining WRs and cash out what is left. (My original deposit was on 1. May) On 4. May I have read their promotion newsletter in my inbox. So I have deposited ANOTHER $60 to claim the bonus $50. But before I have met the WR, my bankroll had only $2.5. So I stopped and wanted to play tomorrow. But on next day (5.May) they returned $92 of my withdrawal $167!

- Well, how on earth was anybody in here supposed to know that??? Anyway, if the bonus you talk of was NOT a signup bonus, the casino obviously made a mistake. Did you explain the situation to the casino? If the bonus you claimed WAS a signup bonus the case is less clear. After all, the original deposit might be regarded as the deposit made to get the bonus and hence subject to wagerrequirements. If you could just give us all the details and not let people guess what the case is it would help a lot.....
